The gang leader that killed Tye, a nasty Beheeyem/Toxicroak hybrid.

He has a surprising move set:
-Focus Blast
-Zen Headbutt
-Thunderbolt
-Telekinesis

He threatens his flying type underlings with Thunderbolt and Focus Blasts dark types. He uses mind control and telekinesis to float. He has several he calls a mate that only he can have, awhile back Tye killed one of them sending him into a rage.
