Yea, she feeds off of the energy creatures give off when they.. release. Silly sounding, don't care.

Not just anyone though, she does have types. The villains, monsters, funny guys, mad scientists.

She has a chemical in her saliva/blood that arouses/mind controls the victim of her choice. And yea, she can even use the droplets in her breath.
Like Jinxy, has a life form that lives inside her, giving her the powers and feeding off the victims she actually eats. Giving her a mini galaxy inside her, with mini plants and a sun. One plant being the bones of her victims which she controls.

Hope this doesn't sound silly.
