So I drew this just now and while I was playing around with the background GIMP decided to crash so I could only print-screen this, and then I had to erase most of the background cause it was from the show. GIMP has been way more crash-y than usual lately and it's a bummer. I guess I should change the way I handle files. I usually draw these quick pic with reckless abandon and pretty much only save at the end. I only save from the start when I plan on working on substantial things. But I probably should save from a blank canvas even with these quick drawings. I probably won't.

So Yeah, I've been watching The Amazing World of Gumball and so far, The Remote is probably my favorite episode. Not just with Nicole and the rest getting into a fighting scene but even with the SUPER PLOT TWIST ENDING!!!

Quick review of the show, I feel like it's the most kid show cartoon I've been watching so far. I dunno if that will change but I feel like the main appeal are the comedy and the style. One thing I've been enjoying for the most part with recent cartoons is that they give meaningful over arching stories and character progression amidst the crazy kid humor. So far, this show hasn't done much on that front. The ending of the fight had a hint of it, but was done poorly compared to most cartoons I've been watching lately. Having said that, it probably has the most hyper active comedy and done in a very appealing way making it one of the funnest show. I really enjoy seeing 2D characters with 3D characters and puppets and papers and etc., even if most of those are done in 3D anyway.

So yeah, cool show.
