Short Random Reina animation where I try more stuff with Clip Studio Paint animating as I'm trying to figure out my workflow with it still! Took a couple of cues from anime in an attempt to lessen some of the work load on my lazy brain. Mostly 24fps on threes and flappy mouth. And subs to pretend like she talks I guess, lol.

Also, I'm getting sick of gif as a format, I can never do anything with it, ie. new brush for BG and sky is all borked. Will not use it again for animations.
