Chinik the Ratfolk Fighter V1

So after Narokh linked to a thing about info for Pathfinder, I looked at it a little bit and saw that one of the, I think, playable races was the Ratfolk. If I'm wrong, it's fine, I'm just making characters for fun at this point haha. but anyway, I've been playing Guild Wars 2 and the Skritt are so cute that I was thinking about if I could play Guild Wars tabletop game, I'd probably play as a Skritt.

This character is a combination of wanting to play as a rat dude and also taking some personality elements from a character my mind made up while watching another RPG series on Youtube. Long before Critical Role, I actually was watching a thing called Let's Cortex, or something like that, on Raocow's channel. They were playing a custom game that took place in the Mushroom Kingdom. While watching, I came up with a Yoshi character that lived his entire life prior to his adventure on Yoshi's Island and was super pumped about exploring and seeing all these new other creatures and races that don't reside on the Island.

This character has a similar backstory of living in isolation from the rest of the world, but decides to leave and explore the world specifically to be a hero. Needless to say, this lil' rat dude is a bit naive. So much so that even at the start of his adventure, you could plop him in front of a dragon and he will take the challenge. Not really realizing how much of a one sided fight against him that would be. But he is, in fact, over confident as well. If you ask him, his Piercer of Light can pierce darkness and his Shield of Goodness can block evil. However, neither have any magic properties. His naivete also makes him pretty gullible, but if there's a damsel in distress, you can count on him, his Piercer of Light and Shield of Goodness! As long as there's no heavy lifting... I mean, he will definitely try to help you lift something heavy, just don't expect results.

This character is way more straightforward than Filth. So I think if I get around to try and play some tabletop RPG, I'd probably look into using him before I use Filth.

I'm on my way to create a full party now! =P
