So 2 years ago I was absolutely devastated to learn that Disney decided to never make another Star Wars movie after The Last Jedi and that made me sad so I said to myself and anyone else who was in the room that I was just going to make my own Episode 9 with blackjack and hookers and furries.

Of course I fully understand there is a actual Star Wars episode 9 but you know what? Fuckit. They released Cats that same day and it was literally a unfinished movie and The Rise of Skywalker was the whipped cream that is actually a poo with a cherry topping on a shit Sunday. Media is dead and I can do whatever the fuck I want.

Why with furries? Because that's what I can draw good.

This is actually a very old drawing. I started drawing fan art for this fandom back in 2018 after my partner dragged me kicking and screaming to watch EP7 so I would be caught up before EP8 came out which, Thanks Man, next time just hand me a bump of heron instead.
This is the first instance I have of Rey and Ben being drawn as animals.
I decide on a Asian Shorthair Cat for Ben and a Egyptian Jerboa for Rey.
