I was requested to make a Hobbes doll for a friend of mine. The original instructions were for crochet, which I can do but not well. After a little searching we ran across a knitted pattern which worked just as well.
In case any knitters here are curious: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/lib.....ed-hobbes-doll
You do need a ravelry account to view the project but honestly if you don't already you should get one. There are so many patterns on that site. It's beautiful madness.
He's my first doll project and if you look closely as can see a continuous fuck-up on the left side where the orange hits white. Apparently there is a technique to wrap and turns I haven't yet mastered. So if there's any knitters out there who know what I'm doing wrong feel free to correct me.
