Now that I got my wand, been sorted, and my patronus figured out.
Why the hell not.
Grade: First year.
Time Period: Some time in the future after Potter and Cursed Child. Hogwarts has now started allowing magical beings that are non-humans to also attend, on special circumstances. (The goal is to allow more integration, but they're starting off slow.)
Being a non-human and sorted into Slytherin was no easy task, and it was extremely difficult to gain any of their trust, but eventually some of the less biased Slytherin humans started to warm up a bit. They are starting to become slightly more accepting that one could be sorted and part of their house and be a magical creature instead of a normal wizard.
Special abilities/favorite subjects: Levitation and Transfiguration. Doesn't have to hold her wand if she doesn't want to, she levitates it. She's also very good at transfiguration, okay in history of magic, not so good at potions, and not doing well in other subjects. But still making it. She's a bit scared of Defense against the dark arts, but is interested in it.
Her cat, Octavius, follows her most everywhere. He's a middle aged, but also quite large for being a cat, he certainly has some sort of magic in him.
She doesn't talk much, she mostly listens. Though she forgets a lot of it. So she writes it all down in books. Every little bit. Every thing the teachers talk about in lessons, and everything the students gossip about. It's all in books under her bed.
