This is an illustration I sorta remember for a children's short story anthology from my childhood.

In this particular story, some children at a village in Asia befriend a Tiger. The adults of the village get scared of it, then chase it off. Later that year, the crops don't grow.

That's how I remember the story, at least. I probably have some of that wrong, but I would like to find that anthology again. I cannot remember its name. I think it had "Good Times" or "Friends" in the title, but I'm not sure.
