Allowing users to turn off the cookie settings AND/OR notifications.

Notifications do not work in the format of Push Notifications, but rather checks your favorites list against the database for any changes since your last visit, if there are any, it prompts you with an alert message Like this one.

More settings are to come, such as colorblind friendly and data friendly modes, (data friendly mode would introduce caching to the users devices so that only text is downloaded costing mere 1-2kb per download.)

Diagnostic information would contain an encrypted string of information (as shown) about the users device.
