So, I felt like drawing something for myself, and ended up doing this. :P

Shenron: "YOUR WISH HAS BEEN GRANTED."
Mrs. Briefs: "Oh wonderful! I get to take care of my baby girl again!"
Shenron: "WHATEVER YOU SAY LADY..."

Bulma works really hard, and her mom misses her little girl sometimes, so why not have some much overdue mother daughter bonding? Probably not how Bulma would've preferred it, but I don't think she's going to be complaining for now. :P
