This is just one of the two drawings I'm doing for teckworks. I figured it would be a nice thing if I drew his cool, fat raccoon character, Lindsey, and a Weavile (which I'm still trying to digitally render) as a thank you gift since I was able to get an invite from him. I've actually known about his work before Weasyl was beta released, but I remained a lurker like I do with many people. Can't think of anything else nice to say, so I'll end it here and get to the drawing.

Eh... so while drawing this, I kinda had trouble figuring out how to draw with some few amount of anatomy skills I have, especially with the only thing I had for help was an old reference sheet I found. Obviously, I gotta work on anatomy as well as how clothing should be drawn depending on the situation. One problem I had with Lindsey was the constant changes with recent pics of the character. For instance, the character's hairstyle was changed somewhat different from the reference sheet as well as the amount of stripe patterns on the tail. Another problem was the weapon. If I can remember, I think the weapon was drawn once and it wasn't placed on the reference sheet, so all I had was the one pic on Weasyl of her with the weapon. Did everything I could to figure out the shape and shit, but at least I tried.

Also gotta figure out how to get that grainy white line to stop shitting up my work.

Oh, well. Ignoring inner critic and just posting this. One main reason I'm drawing this besides being a thank you gift is because Lindsey has a really cool and inspirational design.

(EDIT, February 7: There. Fixed the white lines a little. Should be less noticeable, but...)
