Sneaking around while dummy thick can have a purpose: this dolphin can infiltrate quickly, utilizing sonar abilities with the clapping of her asscheeks to be able to see guards hidden around corners.

The reason this silly drawing happened is because SavagelyRandom from Twitter mentioned something about "smarty thick" (instead of "dummy thick"). Then someone commented "using the clap of your asscheeks to your advantage" and I immediately thought about a dolphin using echolocation.

Since I don't have any use for a military dolphin character I asked Savage if she could join his IFAP (International Force for the Assurance of Peace) organization.
