People don't realize how hard I struggle to keep myself balanced, I'm Bi-Polar, and as such, I swing to the extremes rather easily if I let the pendulum start moving. A few weeks ago was one where outside forces grabbed said pendulum and pulled it all the way to the rage side. This picture is actually based on reality. in 50 degree air and water temperatures I sat indian style meditating for nearly two hours. I was back to center when it was done, and I felt normal again. I can't thank foxena for this piece enough as it showed the beauty of how I felt at the center of it, sun setting over San Francisco in the background as I simply meditated.
