this is the result of when   frisky-lime accidentally caught himself with a corrupted pokeball... seems that hed take a dip in the local pool though to try and get used to his new form.

unfortunately, when he touched the chlorinated water it triggered his valves auto pump feature...

so i guess hes on his back inflating, unable to get out of the water.
