i crossed this lugia down in the whirl islands of Johto. i decided to name him eddy... heh heh. He did put up a good fight and i caught him in the middle of an aeroblast attack, which gave him his current plumplness. he seems to be enjoying the expanded capabilities though, as he seems to not want to follow my orders yet... somehow im missing one of my badges and he is just out of level range. >.>,
