Floralia is a very cheerful character. She loves to bring joy and happiness to others. That's especially the case, when spring is near and she travels to gather fallen flowers at Twin Lakes, to bring them back to her home town and give them as talismans to her fellow citizen, to bring them luck and lots of positive thoughts.
