So I have a lot of pretty androgynous characters so I'm trying to get the hang of a mor androgynous looking torso. I would appreciate your advice and opinions on this

To me, it seems to be edging on the side of masculine. The muscle definition holds weight that isn't off-set by the slight hips.

the end goal is to have a base that can be used to represent any gender on a race that has no external gender features(they look like mammals but artn thus having no mammalries aka boobs)

Well, my opinion stands. Our male muscular definition is a part of our gender dimorphism. In order to eliminate dimorphism, there would need to be a balance in muscular definition. As far as physical figure goes, it could technically go either way. Though, the question about such species is... how do they birth? Would they need wide hips, or would they be narrow, as is traditional in our males?
