This began as an extended lineless icon from feve (twitter, FA), whose talent for imparting a weapons-grade aura of "I'm adorable and I know it" to characters is beyond compare. Jessie (twitter, FA) compounded this effect by an order of magnitude through After Effects wizardry to give what you see here.

(Just a postscriptum for those of you who want one of these: You'll first have to commission feve for the static icon, and then later commission jessie for the animation. You can actually just get in touch with both of them at the same time, but the important part is you'll have to contact and pay them both separately. More than fair given what you get, I think!)
