Just because you’ve sworn a blood oath to protect the life and livelihood of a loved one doesn’t mean they can’t still get on your nerves sometimes.

“I’ll do a warmup of my favorite orcs!” I told myself. “It’ll be loose and sketchy and a good way to prepare for doing more art!” You can see how that turned out. I included some WIPs for funsies and further proof I don’t understand what “loose” or “sketchy” actually mean.

This is the first time I’ve drawn Riaag’s trophy skulls (the third one is a ways off to the side), and I think they turned out pretty well! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to make them look right on his ginormous frame, but no, we can compare with Sarouth’s head to see that those are more or less normal-person-sized. Sarouth himself is leaning over, he hasn’t become a lot shorter all of a sudden.

He was going to be pulling a cauldron away from Sarouth, but I ran out of space on the page. Oops.
