MAGRA CASTS DRAGRA!!

ZoneDragon suggested I should draw Magra as a dragon. Ryuu_Girl said that if Magra was a dragon, he'd be a Lagiacrus. I felt inspired...

I probably should've made the water flow around the end of the tail too, but whatever. :D
