I will not draw hyper ANYTHING, or any "bits" other than human. If you want that kind of art please ask someone else.

To protect myself and my work Payment must be sent before receiving the final product. No refunds.

The artist (me) retains all copyright to the picture commissioned (requested,bought,etc).

The artist (me) grants the commissioner a license for personal use ONLY, NOT for profit.

You may not claim the image as your own, remove my signature/watermark, or use the image for commercial purposes. Credit for the image is not required if you use it as an avatar.

If you want to to sell the image or use the image beyond personal use, note me and we can discuss a commercial license agreement.

Otherwise you can not re-sell or give away the art drawn by me.
