Would be so much easier if cats listened to reason. Not sure if lactose intolerance is something that develops with age or what. She didn't use to have any problem with it when she was younger but now she's gotta be pushing 14 (adopted her fairly young but don't know the exact age). Still, other than dairy not agreeing with her you wouldn't know she was getting on in years. Still plenty of spunk and energy in her. Heh, name's "Twitch," and she earns that name daily.

My cat still hasn't figured this out. Any time any of us has cereal or ice cream she follows us around begging for the bowl. Last time we relented she not only got sick but there was a bit of blood in the bile so that was that, no matter how much she might beg she's cut off. She just doesn't know any better.
