Is this to go along with some kind of Japanese commercial where everybody is extremely happy and upbeat even though the giant monster is destroying the city? Perhaps the citizens are even, oddly enough, cheering on as their beloved city is getting destroyed as there are flashing colors and smiling inanimate objects cheerily dancing to this music.
