This is an Aquarian character of mine, named Savanna.

Simply put, being an Aquarian, she is an alien mermaid of sorts. When an Aquarian is out of water their tail becomes legs (like in many fantasy stories) and thus her humanoid form emerges.

Her favorite color is blue (if that wasn't obvious).
