During our contract, we encountered a mercenary known as Fluid Justice. We did not know until destroying his armor in the encounter that he was in fact a Paleman, or at least my character did not. Until that day, he'd never seen or heard of them before. He escaped our party with some tricks that, while in the rules, we as players forgot or were oblivious to them. On his way out he collected a set of stowed armor to cover himself back up before taking to his point of ingress into the populace. Our quickest moving party member caught up just in time to get an over shoulder glance as he put on his helmet, and ducked out. This is the second time he got away from the party, I think. I was not present for the first time.

Inspired by the whole encounter, I decided to draw the fellow in the lobby to the Inner Ring Police Force facility this went down in. The background ins less inspired than the character but I hope it's enjoyable all the same!
