ok, I swear, this'll be the last headshot for a while. I'm actually kind of itching to draw something else xD

Anywho, this is Neda, Lynn’s partner. She’s an Arabian oryx who hails from Dubai. Her family is very well-off, with her father being a high-ranking manager in a construction company and her mother being a very devoted Arabic teacher and loving mother to Neda and her four younger siblings. Neda studied fine arts for two years at the American University in Dubai before deciding to transfer to UC Berkeley in America. It was there that Neda met Lynn and the two of them eventually struck up a romance.

I feel like I’m going to need to do quite a lot of head studies of Neda, mostly to get the hang of drawing her hijab. I’m also wanting to see how well I can draw it with her horns being in the way (I already made them MUCH smaller than oryx horns usually are). Overall though, I think it was a pretty good result for a first attempt at drawing a character wearing a hijab.
