It feels good to carry your friend around in your stomach, and they taste far better than stereotypical foods too. Better to go off diet and eat what(who) you love.
Humans are the newest best thing, especially when swallowed whole, capable of struggling all the way down and deep within. Not to mention the belly rubs you can get, and sporting a good hefty post-vore gut has its own appeal for predators and viewers alike. A nice trade of warmth and protection for taste and gratifying fullness.
