This was all my fault, not that I cared at the time.

I made the set of potions I lugged over to Artherion's place today. I wanted to try out my new strength of Instant Air! I'm known as Devos the Alchemist, so I was quite happy to brew new potions for fun uses. And Arty was going to be my next subject. Unknowing subject, but hey.

We were friends, so of course he let me in his place. I told him I made a new, tasty kind of drink, and handed him one bottle. The contents were a light amber, swirling around constantly. He didn't seem to find this odd at all, though! He just downed the thing. So of course I chugged a bottle, too.

The effects started quickly. I felt pressure inside my chest grow and grow, pushing out my gut. It quivered as it expanded, pushing my legs apart soon enough. Arty yelped, and I turned my head to see him become more sphere-like by the second. I grunted as my claws scrabbled to stay on the ground, but soon lost the battle...

Soon, I felt a wall against my taut hide. Arty and me had sure grown! He was a huge ball of scales and air, and I pushed my limbs into my huge gut, making it creak. I moaned as I felt the other wall slowly press into me... Why were we not stopping? We should have stopped by now.

My eyes went wide. Did I push the effect of the potion past the tipping point? Was this alchemical reaction going to sustain itself forever? I yelped as I started to puff out faster. Oh no... These effects were NEVER going to wear off. Ever.

The walls cracked and groaned as I realized our fate...
