This song uses the Megaman X soundfont and JBM SPaCer.
JBM SPaCer is a plugin that tries to emulate the reverb of the Super Nintendo. Although not perfect, it is the closest plugin that I know of that can do this style of reverb.

SNES has no reverb, only delay/echo with a small FIR filter. I would imagine there being no difficulties finding something that can do couple tens of ms delay and slap a bit of LPF on top.
