Roland MT-100 Test by IceDragonDee (critique requested)

Roland MT-100 Test (critique requested)

IceDragonDee

The reason this is recorded through Audacity is because it won't play any audio except quiet clicks in every DAW I own.

The module is situated on top of my PC due to lack of space. If I move it, it makes a loud crackling noise and if I pick it up at all, any DAW that has recognised it will crash.

Basically, this video serves as a sound test and also as a form of troubleshooting as I am wondering whether the problems I'm having are from the module or from the MIDI to USB cables I'm using in the module.

Music is Overdrive Full Burner from Hyper Duel.

Hmm...not sure why the DAW would crash over you physically moving your synth...

As for DAW's, not certain of the specifics beyond Logic, but you need to route both MIDI and audio, which are almost always separate connections, to get the full potential of a hardware synthesizer.
