Pictured above are some rough sketches of a character named Jennifer Williams who exists inside my currently in-production, Text-Based RPG series named Adaptation 21XX. Set to appear in the first main game of the series, “Welcome to Earthsaver”, Jennifer has a unique past that spans back further than even the famous Ultra Wolf of 20XX.

Jennifer was a simple gamer, spending many of her waking hours inside the MMO named Prince Herald’s Unfinished Kingdom. The universe itself had become a worldwide phenomena which attracted other game companies to make special worlds inside it’s construct to match their own IP’s. As all the games did eventually link together, these can perhaps be thought of as bubble universes, realms, or alternate timelines when compared to the main game of The Kingdom.

Through a process I hope to detail out in a side-story to the main games, Jennifer Williams progresses from average gamer to digital heroine, and experiences a riches-to-rags-back-to-riches storyline that ends with her using her practiced skills from the fictional realm of The Kingdom in real-world situations as a Rogue Hunter and NPC of #AD21XX.

I have more I want to say, but I wish to avoid Spoilers. Hopefully, this won’t be the last you see of her.
