I’ve been spending a lot of time trying to work on a character redesign, but suddenly another character of mine came up and asked for a possible redesign/reworking.

So, here is Orion, the first son of Bahamut.
When I first created Orion years ago, I wanted to try and give him a different look to what I’ve normally done, and while I was happy with the design, there were some parts that always threw me off, especially his head crest. I knew I wanted to try and update his look, but had no idea how to, but I was hit with some inspiration earlier this week and I decided to try out this idea.
I wanted to keep some aspect of his old look with the crest, and that ended up helping work in where his horns would be and how they would look on him, deciding to get rid of the middle plate on his head and just bringing his hairline down.

I’m not sure if I’m going to keep this new look yet, I do like how it looks but I’m afraid that it might be too different for him.
