This was some goft art done for PsyDoktor as a late birthday present. This is the spy lizard Vel!
Since his update and seeing some more art of him from Psy and Yark, I wanted to give him a try again, though he ended up being a bit trickier than I expected.

Random head-canon: Vel has a hole in his frill that he says was from ‘something dumb’ he did as a teen.
The something dumb was when he (and maybe some others) volunteered for what hey though was going to be a simple job, but was in fact a plot to capture test subjects for a nefarious purpose. The hole was created when he was tagged as a subject, but would later escape and have the tag removed.
