Due to an event in the ancient past, scores of anthro peoples where taken from their home planet of Anthroria and scattered to planets throughout the cosmos.
These anthro-populated worlds came under the protection of the organization known as the Untied Anthro Worlds.
To enforce peace and protect these fledgling cultures the U.A.W. formed the CyberSquads-- an intergalactic force of heroic anthros, many of whom were recruited from the very worlds they protect.
Every once in a while, one of those worlds produces a hero--a hero who might be called upon to aid the Untied Anthro World CyberSquads.
