my god this is cuteand full of personality. it's painted beautifully too.
my only critique is that you could've placed a few "sharp" highlights to give it a bit more contrast. For instance, the highlight in the eye being clearer and sharper probably would've made this even better.
i'm really not even as good at you are at painting so i feel bad giving critique though. haha
