For a complete outsider, administrative positions within Kitsune Entertainment are hard to attain, especially within its deep, secretive underbelly. Unlike the lower ranks of mindless, single-minded drones, character, intelligence, and good resumes mattered.

Luckily, Kite had all three.

A talented alchemist, the fennec fox offered himself as a gifted, open mind. Being constructed of rubber himself, he had a knack for rubbery nanotech and transformative science - as well as a willingness to "overlook" ethics in the pursuit of his scientific success.

After a lengthy, arduous series of seemingly endless interviews and tests, he'd landed the job.

And being an admin comes with a lot of perks.

Two of them sat strapped to harnesses on Kite's chest and head, runic crystals created by Hau himself. Brimming with magical energy, they would permanently fuse with the fox's body along with his new rubber coating. Once bonded, they granted Kite the magical prowess similar to a kitsune - complete with two glowing, additional tails and a new set of arms. All to better master his new job, of course!

Of course, with the new powers came a new uniform, specialized tools infusing his new semisolid skin with a design and designation for his new status, permanently binding him to his new contract. As Kite felt the crystal's power coursing through his rubbery body and his new appendages responding to his mental commands, he found didn't mind. In fact, he was solidly enjoying it. And besides, his new annual salary was more than enough to do a little side research of his own!

And best of all, his new research position at How Parks gave him access to a plethora of new, gullible human lab rats to pluck for these experiments ...
