Nothing is ever completely safe of the waves, and the "Dolphin" is there to ensure that help is always coming if there is an accident in the water. With the Dectrose Empire Coastal Emergency Force on the sea, oceans and rivers, the Empire is in safe hands.

The "Dolphin" S&R Ship is made as simply as possible, to lower costs of manufacture and to ease mass production. As such, it is equipped with a Tide Channel to self-right itself in case of a Capsize, ACA for fast communications, AVD for dangerous weather conditions, Lifeboats to either abandon a sinking ship or to retrieve persons in the water, Anchor Housings to tow disabled but floating vessels out of dangerous water, a Searchlight to help find people at night, Rope and an EPIRB (Emergency Position-Indicating Radio Beacon) in case of a system shutdown or sinking.
