Based off of the "Velocity" Civilian Motorcycle, this Scout vehicle has less firepower, but more speed than the "Avenger II" Scout vehicle. Currently, it is the fastest combat vehicle in Horizon.

This military upgrade on the "Velocity", it has a Vulcanized Rubber and Titanium treaded wheel, Zenon headlights, Sports performance cryo-cooled engine, and two machine guns on either side of the driver.
