A Medium Artillery Vehicle requested by the MR to fill the need of a mobile artillery piece.

The "ARC 99" has a large number of drone-operated components and few human elements, though it is a very reliable system, it is susceptible to EMP attacks and attacks on it's Control Ship. The "ARC 99" Has been retired in favor of the new "ARC 20"

Equipment list: Plasma Mortar Launcher, AVD, Flares, AIG, HDP and an ACA.

Crew Requirements: Driver, Commander, ADVAI Gun system, ADVAI Radio Operator.
