I have this daydream where I'm lying down in a dark, colourful forest, where the branches wind around like thick ropes floating on tar, and it's so quiet that I can hear the wind moving through the leaves above me. I wanted to share this place with you. uwu

This painting took a total of around 15 hours over about 4 weeks, in Paint Tool SAI. I used Photoshop for some colour balancing at the end to make the forest seem a little more peaceful.
