I ran a poll on twitter and people said they'd like to see some more outfit adopts, so here's the first one! though i kind of went a bit overboard and created a character instead. the adopter can decide whether they want to make her a character or just use the outfit, though!

i'd appreciate it if you paid the paypal fee, but if you don't, that's fine. you must send as services! for this, you'll get the full-sized, un-watermarked version sent to your email, as well as the rights to the character and/or to use the outfit for your characters.
