In plain speak, it means you can share and upload with proper credit! But no commercial use. If you wish to purchase the commercial rights to the piece, we can negotiate that.

For sketches, payment is due upon receipt of finalized watermarked version. Non watermarked version will be presented upon payment.
For all others, 50% of payment is due upfront, with the remaining due as above, final non-watermarked version is given upon final payment.
I reserve the right to refuse service.
If I cannot finish your piece for any reason, a full refund will be issued
If client cancels after art has been started, then the 50% deposit is forfeit to the artist.
Charge-backs will result in blacklisting as well as being presented to the artists beware database.
Typical turnaround is 1-7 days depending on complexity of the piece.
