In which Anansis all over Africa gather to share storytelling tricks and tricking people tricks :D

Okay so this is the latest challenge at Discomfortzone. If you're on Deviantart I recommend trying it out; it's a great way to get out of an art rut!

The challenge was to draw a character in the styles of all other players. In addition, I had to use a traditional medium and incorporate Igbo, an African culture. Crazy!

And so I picked Zimeta's wonderful design of Anansi the spider.

From left to right we have the following cultures: Ndebele (I couldn't find any men's outfits, so I made the cloak out of the patterns they paint on their houses), the original outfit, Xhosa, Igbo, and Zulu. Here are the artists I attempted to imitate :P
