February 26th will be the one year I got my first soft reset shiny, who was a Lugia!

People usually add their own twists to Lugia (like giving it feathers, dragon wings, whatever) But I sorta tried to make them more fin looking here! I’m guessing that it cannot fly natrually, so it… levitates??? Like Mew and Mewtwo I guess (Cuz it’s a psychic type and all) Yeah idk. I tried to keep it looking as the same as possible to its true design too tho!
