By claiming a design, you agree to the TOS:

Purchase or trade of an adoptable awards you:
-The original artwork file of that character (PNG format; no watermark).
-The ability to use that character on other sites, get commissions of it, RP as it, draw it yourself- whatever you like.
-Ability to use that character in whatever worlds you want.
-Trading is permitted.
-Reselling is permitted- at any price.
-The ability to make any changes to the character (do not alter the original art please).

I retain the right to:
-Post the (watermarked) art of that character on various sites.
-Use the art of the character to promote myself and my art (such as advertising my services).

You may not:
-Have an adoptable on hold (pending payment) for over 24 hours unless arrangements have been made with me in advance.
-Use the character to express hate speech in any form.
-When you win an auction, you must respond to my note to you and send payment within 24-48 hours. If you fail to do this, you will be blacklisted from future purchases. If you need extra time to pay, you must notify me in advance to make sure it's okay (no holds on this batch)- not after you win the auction. This is just to prevent people jerking me around and to prevent loss of a potential sale that could have otherwise been made.

Breaking the TOS outlined above may result in loss of your chance to purchase the adoptable, DMCA action, and/or being blacklisted, with loss of your right to purchase from me again (respectively).
