Lens Test - Brisbane CBD by Hendikins

Lens Test - Brisbane CBD

Hendikins

Bought a Canon EF 35mm f/2 IS on Saturday to mount on my EOS M (with EF adapter). Of course, I just had to take it for a walk around town on my 5D Mark III first...

Lens testing shot taken from South Bank, showing part of the Victoria Bridge, the Treasury Casino lit up in pink, and the Riverside Expressway.

The full size image is 2400x1600 (approximately 43% of original resolution after cropping).

Camera: Canon EOS 5D Mark III

Lens: EF 35mm f/2 IS

Shutter speed: 30 sec

Aperture: f/11

ISO: 50

Photographer: Hendikins

Good gravy I hope you're a pro shooter, that gear costs enough to buy a car with, lol.

Nah, it's just my expensive hobby.

Funny you should use the car buying comparison though, I guess you could think of it as the money I don't spend on buying or running a car (I'm employed by the railway, and they provide me with free public transport).

Very nice! =) I'm an amateur photog and would love to be able to afford some great gear like that - sadly I have too many other hobbies too. ;D
