A simple ref sheet of one of my more villainous characters. He looks like a human, but he isn't. It's his preferred form, but people still question if this is what he truly looks like, he never lets anyone know which one is his true appearance.

Vulcan started his life as a Sonic RP villain, he's inspired by Majin Buu, the Androids, and the Dragonball series in general. The roleplay he was in was very Dragonball series inspired.

He likes causing problems because he finds peoples' frustration hilarious.
