I started this drawing almost an entire month ago and if I didn’t pull my shit together and upload it I would have taken longer. Even funnier is the BG was the part I spent the LEAST time on compared to everything else!

I drew the BG after finishing coloring up the characters and shading them and realizing that the pic needs a BG and emikochan said that given their outfits they should be in outer space, like in a space station or something- and then when I started actually painting the BG it looked more like underwater than outer space so I went with that instead.

Basically: I wanted to make a lineup of my “main” furry OCs even though I don’t draw all of them very often (or, correction, I only ever draw Doggy and Sego and the other four very rarely).

Anyway I should probably introduce them:

the tall indigo dude (third from the right) is Sego (real name is Ahmad), you’ve probably already seen him a couple times. He’s a big moody grump who has a soft center. He’s also very stubborn and irritable, and usually prefers being alone unless he can be with someone he really likes.

The red doge to his left is Doggy (real name is Aisha) who should also be familiar to people who’ve been through my art. She’s cheerful and energetic but also really capricious. She’s affectionate but she really likes messing with people.

the mint colored girl to his right is Sego’s sister, her real name is probably Maryam or something (at one point I called her Pyrope because red eyes, and she also had a red gem thing on her forehead). She’s also fairly similar to Sego in that they both seem really serious and grumpy half the time but have gentler sides. I think the difference lies though in that usually she’s a lot more reasonable (or at least less aggressive) than he is, and more okay with being around others.

the squirl on the far right is Nurjahan. She’s shy, super cautious and rarely speaks and even then only to friends- unless it’s to gush about aliens or monsters because she likes them. Basically a big nerd. Also possibly the oldest of the six.

the greyish green cat guy on far left is Ali and he’s the least temperamental of the cast and is seemingly more in control of his shit emotionally but he comes off as detached and apathetic sometimes. He’s known Sego since both of them were kids and Sego thought he was really cool and shit but they’re both dorks.

the yellow floppy-eared guy next to Ali is a character I sort of just made up. He’s based on character design(s) that appeared in some of my WAY older drawings (like from back when I started drawing) and he was usually seen in association with Sego and co. back then and I don’t really remember what I intended his personality to be back then but I get the impression he’s close to Ali and also really sweet and a goddamn nerd.
