if you're looking for hte description that was here before. You won't find it now. But basically my reasons for this drawing were slightly petty and I'm annoyed at myself for them now
just enjoy your snowflake person
I haven't touched Gen5 yet, but Cryogonal looks pretty cool OuO
I would probably have made this character look like one if that was possible
also the character's sort of inspired by the style of this film here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9dN\_vwI8Vqg
Interesting! I like the art style. And Cryogonal's are certainly cool, though I've never trained one so I'm not sure about their stats >.>
Most pure Ice and pure Poison Pokemon kind of suck for actual battling which is kinda uncool if you ask me because some of them have nice designs.
I'll have to blame Bogleech.com for my liking of Trubbishes- they were getting mad at people saying Garbodor/Trubbish was Game Freak running out of ideas/wasn't creative/was a stupid design. And in the process I just sort of ended up liking Trubbish/Garbodor
I don't think they can run out of idea's, there are too many things to base creatures off of. And anyway it's not like they have a trash pokemon already, it's just similar to Grimer but in no way the same as to call it "copying" or "running out of ideas". And I'm not one of those people to automatically hate the newer generation pokemon like all those other asshole people. Just because you grew up with 150 doesn't mean it should stay that way. If all we had were 150 different pokemon, the games would have gotten very boring. I want new things to learn to train and breed, not the same 150 over and over again.
Gen 1 had magnets, a naval mine, and Pokeball mimics. Gen 2 had an exploding pinecone/burr, and a Hawaiian Happy Face spider, and... yeah, Garbodor/Trubbish are just about as imaginative and cool as those guys were/are,
Also I'm fairly sure an ambulatory rubbish bag is a bit different from a living puddle of toxic sludge. Both Grimer/Muk and Trubbish/Garbodor and nearly all the Poison mons have this same fairly cool motif of being a side-effect of pollution though.

I feel like a nerd because the first thing I thought of was an anthro Cryogonal D:
